Relationship to SALT, BHN, and CAM
AAI is the registered Nigerian NGO that administers the SALT program locally. We work in cooperation with Brethren Hope for the Nations (BHN), the U.S. 501(c)(3) that oversees the work, and Christian Aid Ministries (CAM), which provides ministry support and accountability. Our role is to facilitate SALT Nigeria field teams, liaise with communities, and report impact transparently.
Programs we support
Through the SALT program we facilitate Savings Groups, Youth Savings Groups, and vocational training via Living Hope Vocational School. Core trades include carpentry, tailoring, bagmaking, and shoemaking, mirroring the courses offered on the SALT Nigeria site.
Our teams coach facilitators, mentor youth, and connect participants to business teaching so families can thrive across Plateau, Borno, Bauchi, and neighboring states.
